Under this flagship regional initiative, Dr. Shah led Pakistan’s technical research and contributed to comparative assessments across Pakistan, India, Nepal, and Bangladesh, evaluating multiple solar irrigation business models, policy frameworks, institutional arrangements, groundwater governance mechanisms, and climate resilience outcomes.
